Clear expectations
Here’s what to expect from your TacoTaco catering order, from packaging and setup to delivery and timing.
Tortillas are included with our Classic Taco Bar and Fiesta Taco Bar + Appetizers packages. Food comes in disposable catering trays, and plates, cutlery, napkins and serving utensils are included.
Buffet setup is generally included for orders of $150 or more when delivered by our team. Orders under $150, or orders sent through Uber, may be delivered as a simple drop-off without full staff-assisted setup.
Hot and cold components are packaged separately in catering trays and containers. Hot food arrives ready to serve, while cold toppings and sauces are kept separate.
We deliver throughout Toronto and to nearby GTA locations when travel time allows us to maintain food quality. Longer-distance deliveries are confirmed based on the exact address.
Delivery is roughly $20 in downtown Toronto, $30 outside downtown, and $40–$60 for GTA deliveries. Orders under $200, and deliveries with more than about 30 minutes of travel time, may be sent through Uber.
Our standard catering is delivered buffet-style in large trays. Dietary or allergy-specific items can be labelled, and individually packaged meals may be available by advance request.
We recommend at least one week’s notice, especially for larger orders. Short-notice catering may be possible depending on the order size and availability.
